Join our team!

Help local governments become resilient, deliver affordable services in a changing climate, and increase benefits from nature that make communities worth living in. The Municipal Natural Assets Initiative (MNAI) has helped define and pioneer natural assets management – an approach that helps local governments understand, account for, and ultimately protect, restore and manage nature as our most vital asset.

MNAI is hiring for three positions:

  • 1-3 additional and motivated new board members to join our already stellar governance team and help us leap to the next stage of growth. [ Vacancy notice here ]
  • A junior-mid-level Communications and Outreach Advisor with impeccable writing skills and a relentless determination to help us share the case for natural assets management with audiences that can help it become a broadly based practice. [ Job description here ].  This will be a staff position with a competitive package.
  • A project and operations support team member to help make sure our project and operating systems enable us to turn out consistently top-quality results. [ Job description here ]. This will initially be a flexible, part-time staff position with scope for the role to expand.
